The Ministry of Labor issued a decree for the Special Plan for the Full Suspension the business of the Company.

Dear Friends and Associates,

Following on from our previous communication, we continue with our fourth announcement.  The Ministry of Labor issued a decree for the Special Plan for the Full Suspension the business of the Company which is attached

We are attaching the form in a pdf format and is uploaded on the ministry's website and should be completed electronically here.

The basic requirement for participation in the Plan is that no employee has been fired since 1 March 2020, and if the application is approved, any employee should not be dismissed for both the period of business participation in the Plan and for an additional period equal to the period of participation in the Plan. plus one additional month (except for reasons justified without notice). It is understood that businesses will not be able to fire employees for financial reasons during the above period.

The company should be subject to mandatory full suspension, in accordance with the decrees of the Minister of Health.

The company must indicate the employees who are required to pay a Special Unemployment Benefit during the period of suspension of its operations.

The Unemployment Benefit is not payable to Directors Shareholders and partners that they own more that 20% of the shares (see attached for full explanation)

We would like you to pay attention in section of the form: «Υπεύθυνη δήλωση / Εξουσιοδότηση».

Also, for your convenience, please find attached the terms and conditions of the plan highlighting the most important elements.

Please note that the form must be completed electronically by the employer.
